Organization

The national steering committee is responsible for the overall project management at the national level. The group must ensure that the project is progressing according to the plan and that issues and experiences of broader national interest (eg identified regulatory barriers, inefficiencies in support schemes, etc.) are passed on to the relevant agencies and organizations. The group must also ensure that the project's results are disseminated to the rest of the country, and contribute to ensuring complementary activities and financing.
The steering committee meets 1-2 times a year.

The regional steering committee is responsible for the regional project management and must ensure that the project is progressing according to budget and schedule. The group must approve any revisions of schedules and budgets for sub-actions. The regional steering committee is also responsible for coordinating between the project partners and helping to ensure complementary actions and funding. The group can file fundamental issues for discussion in the national steering committee. 
The regional steering committee meets 2-4 times a year.
