The report shows that most farms are already limited in their livestock production as a result of nitrogen-sensitive nature in the Nature 2000 area.
There are 3 – 4 livestock farms where there may be restrictions on current or future livestock production, if new areas with nitrogen-sensitive nature arise in the Natura 2000 area.
The Municipality of Vesthimmerlands is working to have the animal husbandry legislation changed so that properties with nature measures will not be restricted by the law in the future.
