LIFE IP Natureman participated in the animal show with a stand. At the stand we presented, among other things, the films that have been made so far are about the project on our new info stand. During the two days, we got to talk to some of the participants in the animal show, and there was particular interest in the vocational training courses (AMU) in nature management, which the project collaborates on with Nordjyllands agricultural school. There was also quite a bit of interest in hearing about technical aids in nature conservation such as GPSs and drones.
Fortunately for us who staffed the stand, there was also time to study the various beef cattle breeds that were presented and judged in the ring. We learned a little more about the rare breeds (for Denmark) such as Speckle Park from Canada and Grauvieh from Tyrol. In addition, it was great to see some nice nature conservation animals like Dexter and Galloway.
