The first group of farmers and Nature Caretakers is trained in nature management at North Jutland Agriuculture School, Lundbæk

The popular course is now repeated.

21 farmers and nature caretakers have completed the first training in nature management. The training is offered as an AMU course (vocational training programs) at North Jutland's agricultural school, Lundbæk and is organized with 3 modules of two days each. There has been an out-of-pocket payment, but also support from LIFE IP Natureman. Farmers and others who work with grazing animals often lack knowledge about the effect that grazing animals have on biodiversity and how optimizing the practical conditions around animal husbandry can benefit biodiversity in the best possible way, while at the same time making everyday life more practical and simpler giving the animals the best conditions. The training has been a mixture of professional presentations, excursions, and exchange of experience with other students. The training ended with an oral exam.

The course is offered as an AMU course and will now be repeated here in 2021.
