In the projects of LIFE Natureman and ”Nature - a profitable part of agriculture”, we work for making nature conservation a profitable sound of branch for the farmer. As a part of Peoples Festival of Nature 2021, a video was made about nature conservation cattle and inspiration for uses of nature conservation meat in your own kitchen. The hosts in the video are Anne Hjernøe, food writer and cookbook author, and Peter Brinkmann Kristensen, project manager of ” Nature - a profitable part of agriculture”. Anne Hjernøe was in the field to become wiser on nature conservation with robust cattle breeds. Anne Hjernøe showed 2 delicious preparations of the nature conservation meat. From this, a 21 min video was made, which was shown at the Peoples Festival of Nature, Sunday the 30 of May. The video was subsequently available on i.a. Naturemans website until 30th of June 2021. The video was viewed 143.000 times in the campaign period.
