Mariagerford Municipality has in collaboration with landowners and stakeholders composed a catalog of potential projects at Kielstrup Sø, which they will try to implement in the future years. The projects will promote the state of nature and the environment and support nature conservation in the area. The project area is 509 ha and focuses on connecting small areas of habitat nature and promoting habitat types dependent on hydrology. The area is Natura 2000-site 22: Kielstrup Sø.
