The Danish Nature Agency presented the project LIFE IP Natureman and what opportunities drafting a master plan would provide for the landowners. Jørgen Primdahl, University of Copenhagen told vividly about how the river had evolved since the ice age. Jesper Blaabjerg from the Danish Agricultural Agency talked about how a land consolidation is carried out in practice and Mette Møller Ragborg from Agri Nord briefly talked about various support schemes.
The landowners were favourably voted to continue the work on a master plan for the area. The next step will be to invite everyone in the local area to contribute ideas on how they think the area should develop. The public meeting about the master plan will be held in Sdr Onsild on Tuesday, March 24 at 7 pm in the Onsild Hallen, Præstemarken 2A, 9500 Hobro. Everyone is very welcome.
