In total, 15 consultants from 9 different consultancy companies participated as well as employees from the participating municipalities and the Danish Nature Agency. The program for the day was organized in collaboration with SEGES.
SEGES facilitating the day with inspirational presentations on:
- Biodiversity - how is biodiversity efforts prioritized?
- Natural state indicators - how to take the "temperature" on nature? How can you see if the management effort works?
- Choosing grazing strategies - what works for biodiversity?
- Examples of economics in nature conservation
During the day group work was facilitated with inspiration from the presentations given by SEGES. This led to many professional discussions, in which the advisers, the Danish Nature Agency and the municipal staff had great opportunities to exchange views and become wiser on nature management seen in a biodiversity context.
