Both Danish projects are working to develop a concept for nature meat in Denmark. The main purpose of the trip was to look at the concept of nature meat "Naturschutz Fleesch", which has been developed in Luxembourg.
In addition, we got to take a lot of bonus info back home - not least about how they have designed subsidy schemes for biodiversity purposes in Luxembourg.
The hosts for the visit were local farmers, nature managers and the Luxembourg counterpart to the Danish Nature Agency, Administration de la nature et des forêts (ANF).
